If this occurs, no discussion regarding decisions that require board approval will be conducted at these gatherings.  

All deliberation and discussion will occur at properly noticed public meetings .

Public Records Requests

Contact the board liaison for records requests

To request any public records pertaining to Explore Academy - Peoria, please contact the board liaison using "Public Records Request" as the subject. A written request must contain the name, address, and telephone number of the person making the request and must describe the records sought in sufficient detail to enable the records custodian to identify and locate the requested records.  An email address must be provided to receive electronic copies of records.  Also, a statement of whether the records are for non-commercial or commercial purpose must be included and if for commercial purpose, state the specific commercial purpose. Production of records is generally completed within 15 calendar days.  However, various factors affect processing time, including the request’s size and complexity, and nature of the records sought.
